This system is ideal for cleaning a variety of materials that, due to their shape and size, can be suspended from a hook or boom piece with arms. Castings, small composite structures, forgings, bicycle frames, gas cylinders and numerous other objects rotate and move completely within the turbine area, ensuring optimal treatment.
The machine has a rugged steel casing and is equipped with “Eeco” throw blast turbines that provide longer life, lower abrasive and power consumption, and higher efficiency.
The abrasive transport system includes a hopper, screw, elevator and cleaner, which together ensure an optimum abrasive mix.
The blast chamber is fully protected with rubber and manganese steel plates.
The machine also features a pneumatically controlled door, continuously cleaned cartridge filter and PLC control system.
Options such as sound isolation, electric hoist and automatic abrasive metering are available.
